MRS6240-P2512 is a module developed based on the 60GHz 2T4R FMCW AIP radar sensor chip RS6240 from Possumic.
The module integrates a 2T4R AiP radar antenna array, crystal oscillator, and flash.Configuration and data acquisition are implemented via the UART interface, enabling developers to rapidly launch application development simply by powering the module.Equipped with a high-performance dual-core RISC-V processor and dedicated RSP hardware accelerator, it supports FPU and DSP extended arithmetic operations.Power consumption is less than 0.2 W with no overheating under full-load operation. It features an ultra-fine range resolution of 2 cm and 4D point cloud imaging capability, enabling precise tracking of motion trajectories for multiple moving targets and visualization via point clouds.
