MRS6130-P1806 is a module developed based on the ultra-low power single-chip 60 GHz 1T3R FMCW AiP radar sensor chip RS6130 from Possumic.
The module integrates a 1T3R AiP radar chip and flash. Configuration and data acquisition are implemented via the UART interface, enabling developers to rapidly launch application development simply by powering the module.
Equipped with the innovative EFSENS™ ultra-low-power technology, the device achieves an ultra-low current consumption of 10 μA or above, allowing the sensor to operate continuously for multiple years powered by a coin cell battery. It adopts an ultra-compact design with dimensions of 18.5 × 6.5 mm², enabling seamless integration into various constrained installation spaces.
